The Perfect Penetration

Borrow a bill from a spectator. Hand them a pen to make a mark on the bill. Take the signed bill and stab the pen right through the bill. Pull the pen from the bill, toss the bill and the pen to the spectator to examine - there is no hole in the bill and the pen appears completely normal! Virtually no setup, simple to perform.
