David Deval Knife Through Finger

The effect, displaying a small attractive looking cabinet with a hinged door at one side, the performer inserts his finger through the holes on the side of the box (with the side door open to prove this). A sharp knife (the wider the better) is then pushed into the slot at the top of the box and passes through the slot at the bottom of the box, thus penetrating the enclosed finger!
