Card Melt

Two playing cards are shown to have holes punched. One is placed lengthwise across the other showing that the holes align. The cards are now folded over together and a pencil is placed through the holes locking the cards together.áTo the amazement of the spectators, the magician now causes the lengthwise card to completely penetrate through the pencil by moving it back and forth. The pencil is removed and both cards are unfolded to show that everything is still intact. A miracle!
